Interchangeable tool (WWZ) with 4-pick-up nests for vertical product pick-up.
Target
Test fixture with ODU interface and quick-change mechanics for 2-fold test station.
Solution
The product is placed in a defined horizontal position in a receiving nest and scanned with a sensor. By operating a lever mechanism, the product is locked in the receiving nest. The lifting plate is lowered and the product is contacted with spring-loaded test pins. The rear of the WWZ is connected to the test station via ODU interface.
