Transport of workpiece carriers for linking different systems as well as an inward and outward transfer.

Workpiece carriers of type TS5 (Bosch Rexroth) have to be transported and defective components removed and the reworked components returned to circulation.

The transport system is set up in a U-shape and has the option of expanding it for further stations in the longer inlet area. All workpiece carriers stop with the components in front of a switch, which the previous test results decide on the further course. The defective parts are directed straight to an inspection. All good parts remain in circulation and travel over a switch and a merge to the next station. When merging, further workpiece carriers can be fed into circulation.
